Your gift in memory of a loved one could mean a miracle for another. When you make a gift in memory you can choose to designate the gift to a specific medical discipline or the area of greatest need. Fill in the form below or visit our office on the main level of the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre. Please be sure to indicate in whose memory your gift is being made and if you would like notification to be sent to the next of kin.
